#MotivationMonday

Good Monday morning!

I can't believe it's the last full week of August, my goodness where has the time gone! School is in full swing which means there is NO time to slack on your fit lifestyle. Many of you have kids, are going back to college, or just still busy with your 9-5 career. When do you fit in the time to work out?

Fitting in a work out can be as short as 20 minutes or as long as a couple hours, the choice is up to you! Here are a few of my favorite workouts for any busy momma, student, or worker that is constantly on the go.

20-40 Minute Workouts

POPSUGAR Fitness is a really great channel to subscribe to on YouTube. Their workouts are full blast, but short timed. Here are some of my favorites from these ladies..

20 Minute Bikini HIIT Workout

20 Minute Fat Blasting Full Body Workout


Fitness Blender is another great YouTube channel for quick, fully loaded workouts. Here are some that are in the 30 minute category.

Total Body Strength Training with Dumbbells


BeFiT is another very useful channel with a huge variety of different length workouts. Here are a couple of my favorite 40 minute workouts.

You can always find time to fit in a workout. Even if it's just 20 minutes on the treadmill. There are no excuses for trying to make a difference for the better in your lifestyle and it all starts with the first step! I hope everyone has a wonderful week!

I really need to get back into working out, we had such a stressful summer and it fell by the wayside.

Even though I think I can't, I KNOW I can fit at least a 20 minute workout in a day. Thank you for all these new options.
