I can't believe it's the last full week of August, my goodness where has the time gone! School is in full swing which means there is NO time to slack on your fit lifestyle. Many of you have kids, are going back to college, or just still busy with your 9-5 career. When do you fit in the time to work out?
Fitting in a work out can be as short as 20 minutes or as long as a couple hours, the choice is up to you! Here are a few of my favorite workouts for any busy momma, student, or worker that is constantly on the go.
