#MotivationMonday

Happy Monday/President's Day everyone!

It is a gorgeous day here in California, it makes me want to be outside frolicking. How's your week starting out?


I'm pretty excited to share with y'all what I have started on my own fitness journey. I'm sure a lot of you have heard about Kayla Itsines and her awesome Bikini Body Guide. Well, thanks to a friend of mine, I have begun the work out regimen, am on week 2 and am already seeing the difference (I'll post a progress picture on week 4). These last 6 months have really taken its toll on my mental, physical, and emotional state. I am deep in a transitioning phase but am on my way to where I want to be, including my healthy lifestyle. I am so excited to be following this guide, because it's exactly what I'm studying and training to do myself. To inspire, motivate, and come up with a plan for women of all kinds to have a healthy lifestyle and be confident in their own skin.  If you haven't checked her out already, you should!
