Motivation Monday

It's Monday so that means it's time for some Motivation Monday.

I know it's been a while since I've posted for this, like I've said numerous times, my schedule has been hectic with having company and then visiting the mainland. But without further ado, let's get to motivating.

It's Fall! Which means I will be teaming up with the beautiful Karena and Katrina for their Frisky Fall Challenge.

This challenge has come just in time, for I am desperate for some fitness and health in my life. The past month has been a huge downfall for me due to vacation practically the entire month. It's time to get my butt back in gear... literally.

Instead of following the exact schedule the ladies come up with, I will be switching it up a little and working out along with them with some of their videos, doing Hot Yoga Sculpt 4-7 times a week, as well as starting my #100byHalloween challenge (100 miles by Halloween) tonight.

Also, stay tuned for an awesome product review for a useful product for all things healthy, fit, and sweaty...

So ready to get back into my work out and healthy eating routine. So for all of you who need that extra motivation today..
