Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer Total Moisture Review

I am loving being an Influenster! Being a recipient of VoxBoxes is so much fun. Here's the Sugar 'N Spice VoxBox!

Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer Total Moisture
NECTRESSE All Natural Sweetener

I am a huge fan of lotion and moisturizers in general. Body, face, hands, feet, I love it all. It is definitely a habit of mine to moisturize every day when I get out of the shower, and I moisturize my face at least twice a day. I have all kinds of lotions, creams, and butter. Being an island girl, moisturizing is kind of essential if you don't want the sun to completely ruin your skin. As Jenna Marbles frankly puts it, I guess you could call me a "Goo Hoarder".

When I received the Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer Total Moisture I was really excited. (Check out my reviews on Amazon and Wal-Mart!) I have used Vaseline several times in the past and am always pleased with their lotions so I was sure this one would be no different.

First Impression
My first thought, "oh, what a good idea". I like Vaseline products, I'm no newbie to them. Being an avid moisturizer, I've tried several different products and brands. I like the look of the bottle. The keywords and pictures make it stand out and interesting.

I like how the cap locks. It's much easier to keep it from randomly spraying in case I'd like to take this on the go with me.

Here's the thing...

I really liked how fast it dried. It tells you you can spray and immediately put on your skinny jeans afterwards, which is true. A lot of other lotions stay sticky for a long time, and I feel like my body pores are clogged sometimes making me hot. With this lotion it doesn't feel that way, which is great. I like the concept of the continuous spray, it makes it seem easier to use. The smell was also great, and one really good thing, it can reach your back.

I'm actually not a fan of the continuous spray. It gets all over everything. I made the mistake of spraying it in the bathroom after my shower one day, next thing I know, my roommate goes in and almost wipes out from the slippery floor. I don't like that I have to either use it while still standing in the shower, or put a towel down. That's inconvenient, which I thought was the point of having a spray, the convenient-ness. It's actually kind of hard to use once you rub it in completely. Your hands get slippery and there goes being able to spray. Also, some of the ingredients (like parabens) make me nervous. One last thing, it doesn't seem to maintain moisture as long as other lotions.

**Disclaimer: I received NO compensation for reviewing these products. I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. All opinions of this review are my own personal and honest based on my experience with these products.**

Honestly, I probably won't purchase this product, as I barely use it already. I think I'd rather stick to normal pump bottle lotions. This is just my personal preference and I know several people who would disagree!

Thanks so much Influenster for sending me this product to try out in the Sugar 'N Spice VoxBox! Stay tuned for my last product review.

I participate in a survey company and actually tested the spray lotion before it was launched. It was interesting.

I have wanted to know how well this works - the commercial seems like a fluke, but this review is great! I just qualified for the next box and I am SUPER excited!

I've heard of inluenster but I've never really looked into it. After your box I really want to. I'm kind of disappointed by the spray. I was looking forward to it but being such a klutz, I'm not sure it's the best choice for me.

I was wondering how this would actually work. The continuous spray does sound convenient, but the slip factor is a bit concerning. Thanks for the honest review! :)

This is a good moisturizing lotion. Its not sticky but rich and creamy. I have really dry skin and I feel like this lotion does a good job.
