Do you run with music? I had a problem listening to too fast or too slow music which would totally mess up my running! I downloaded the app "My Pace DJ" you choose a BPM that you wanna run to.. you can choose +/- whatever around that BPM. Anyway, it takes your songs and ONLY plays the ones within the BPM choosen. It works.. I gotta say. :)

GO GET NEW SHOES. Stop reading and GO. Haha, but seriously, that will help SO much! Make sure you stay hydrated with all of the humidity and I hope next week you are no longer in pain!

Totally agree with the above! Gotta splurge and get some new running shoes. I'm in the same boat, except it's my knee. I know my shoes are a year old because they were new for the annual race last year that I ran again last weekend. bad, very bad! Lots of stretching girlie. lots. And I LOVE my runners world water bottle. Its the perfect size jogging water bottle. You hold it but it has it's own wrap that makes this effortless. Keep up the good work!! Excite for ya!
