I have registered for the Hibiscus Half Marathon being held on May 26 (now it's official!) It is a benefit for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. To say I'm excited about this would be an understatement!
Runners: Do you have a specific training regimen for races? Do you have any tips for a first time half marathoner? I'd love to get any info I can - I really want to do well :)
