Buffalo Chicken Dip

Hello darlings!

It's Superbowl Sunday! How excited are you? Are you for the Ravens or the 49ers? My team didn't even make the playoffs so I could really care less which team won! But it's still always fun to watch, especially for the commercials!

At first I was going to do Superbowl Style - kind of a spin off for Saturday Style. But then I thought "Well I stick to college, so that is what I'll stick too" Regarding fashion.

Instead I'm bringing to you a fun, simple, but tasty dip that's perfect for any Superbowl Sunday event.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Recipe from Nikki Sidani (M's sister in-law)

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast; boiled and shredded
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4-1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
8oz shredded mozzarella cheese

BOIL boneless, skinless chicken breast.

SPREAD cream cheese evenly on bottom of (9 x 9 x 2 preferred) dish.

SPREAD ranch dressing over cream cheese.

SHRED boiled chicken. (I use two forks!)

MIX chicken with hot sauce.

SPREAD evenly over dressing in dish.

SPRINKLE cheese over top.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Please excuse the messy stovetop. :)

And finally, use tortilla chips (or any kind of chip, I just prefer tortilla)

*Disclaimer: All photos were taken by M with a Nikon Cool Pix L120. Please do not copy, crop, or use as own.*

Simple and easy! Maybe not the most healthy but who cares right?  Root your favorite team on while chowing down on some of this yummyness! :)

What did you make for your Superbowl party?
