I Love Harry Potter Week 10

Another Monday which means we are that much closer to Christmas which means I am that much more behind! Ahhh

I feel like there is so much to do and so little time in the day to get everything I would like done...

Moving on...

I'm linking up again with Ashley and Kim for our weekly I Love Harry Potter party.

This week we have a couple guest co-hosts, Erinn and Melissa so be sure to check them out!

1. What is your favorite quote from the Harry Potter series?
This one is an easy one - and will most likely be the tattoo I get on my forearm :)

From Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone

2. How old were you when you became a fan of the series?
Well let's see the first book came out in 1997, so I was 8 years old I guess! My sister got it for Christmas that year and after she was done reading it (which was in about a day) I read it and fell in love. I remember that summer I reread it so many times. Then the second book came out and I stayed up till 3 am every night because of it!

3. Have you ever tried any HP recipes at home?
I personally have yet to try any recipe (I know, I know, SHAME ON ME) but last year for my birthday a friend of mine made a version of Pumpkin Pasties for me along with Butter Beer and some other things. It was AMAZING!

She also made this awesome card :)

4. Which sort of obscure character would you want to know more about?
Oh, most definitely Luna. She is a character I would be fascinated with I'm sure. Both her and her father!

5. Have you ever used Harry Potter to prove a point in your everyday life?
I can't honestly recall a time where I used something Harry Potter related in day to day life. Other than the quote "light can be found even in the darkest of times if only one remembers to turn on the light" but only when I'm trying to brainstorm :)

6. Be honest...would you dabble in the dark arts?
Yes of course I would. But only if it was to experiment or for some kind of good use. I don't want a dark mark or anything!

7. Shop you would most like to visit in Diagon Alley?
More than likely Flourish and Blotts. They just have SO much to offer! Although, I wouldn't mind going into Ollivanders to learn more about the different kinds of wands!

What are your answers? Link up with us so I can read them!

Don't forget to visit our guest co-hosts! If you are interested in co-hosting this link up - shoot me an email! We'd love to have you :)

More later,

Luna is definitely an interesting girl!

I am so sorry I haven't gotten back to your email. I was planning to last night, but had to attend to babygirl. I promise you I will try to start to type it up tonight. I wish I could do so from work. All my blogging would be complete before I ever got home!

wanna know something REALLY WEIRD?!

I knew that was the quote you were going to use. For whatever reason I was just racking my brain while typing up the questions and I was trying to guess what each host would answer and I just KNEW what you would pick. :)

also, when you come to florida, we will go to Orlando...and go to Flourish and Blotts...lol
